The Dead Sea Scrolls are Online, well not yet

Nearly 2,000 years ago some Jewish separatists who lived near the Dead Sea labroriously copied down the Hebrew scriptures.  Between 1947 and 1949 around 1,000 of those documents were discovered in some eleven caves.  Some sixty years later, thanks to Al Gore inventing the internet, the average person is now able to view many of these documents.  A news story by carried by several news agencies details how many of these scrolls can now be viewed online.  Of course you will need to know Hebrew and Aramaic for these scrolls to be of any use to you.  Fret not, the project will take 5 years, more than enough time for you to become proficient in the Old Testament languages.
